The tidal run to Vlieland

You don't sail the Wadden Sea on a clock, you sail it on the tide. We left Harlingen on the last of the flood and rode the buoyed channel out to Vlieland, watching the depth sounder more than the chartplotter. Made the harbour before the water dropped away - exactly the point of all that planning.
