Taking over our boat in Koudum

Just arrived at the marina in Koudum! The friendly folks at the rental company walked us through everything - from the bow thruster controls to where they've hidden the corkscrew (priorities!).

The weather looks promising, and we've already spotted a few cozy waterside cafés from the harbor. First challenge tomorrow: navigating through the Slotermeer without bumping into anything expensive.

The boat's diesel tank is full, provisions are stowed, and we found a great spot for tonight right here in the marina. Time for a cold beer on the aft deck and planning tomorrow's route.
